Position Summary:
• Administrative Support to the management team
Qualification Requirements:
• Educated to a higher level or equivalent with minimum three years administration experience.
Position Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support for the Senior Management Team
• Outlook Diary Management
• Planning / Organising meetings and key events for senior management
• Corporate Hospitality
• Agenda Preparation / Minute Taking / Report Collation
• Travel & Accommodation Management
• Expense Reconciliation
• Reception
Additional Attributes:
• Excellent Communication and Time Management Skills - able to deal with people at all levels
• Ability to work under own initiative and prioritise work
• Previous experience as an Executive Secretary working at Senior levels an advantage
• Fully proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio
• Working with sensitive data, therefore ability to maintain confidentiality is very important
• Presentable, team player, adaptable and flexible
• Valid Driving Licence
